Native Hawaiians and Other Pacific Islanders
Native American and American Indians
The graduate school funding database consists primarily of NATIONAL U.S. scholarships/fellowships. On the search page, you have the option to select if you are not a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident, to return programs that don't have that requirement.
